INS-11010 | Manual Phoroptor
The INS-11010 Manual Phoropter Opti+ is a reliable, high-precision refracting instrument designed for modern optometry and ophthalmology practices. With a compact, durable construction and wide measuring ranges for sphere, cylinder and prism, it delivers accurate subjective refraction while keeping operation simple for the clinician and comfortable for the patient.
Outstanding Features
Compact Design & Easy Operation
The Opti+ manual phoropter features a compact, well-balanced design that is easy to handle during refraction. Clearly marked, smoothly rotating control knobs and dials allow quick adjustments so examinations can be performed efficiently, even in busy clinics.
Wide Measuring Ranges
Generous ranges for sphere, cylinder and axis support a broad variety of prescriptions, from routine refractive errors to high myopia and hyperopia. Fine 0.25 D steps (0.12 D with auxiliary lenses) enable precise endpoint refinement for optimum visual acuity.
Natural Near-Vision Testing with Convergence System
An integrated convergence system aligns the optical axes of the lenses to simulate natural near-vision conditions. This allows accurate assessment of binocular vision and near additions at a working distance of approximately 400 mm, providing realistic results for reading and near tasks.
Automatic Cross Cylinder Rotation
The instrument is equipped with a reversal-type cross cylinder (±0.25 D) that automatically rotates in synchronization with the cylinder axis. This ensures that axis refinement is quick, repeatable and ergonomically friendly for both practitioner and patient.
Comprehensive Auxiliary Lenses
A full set of auxiliary lenses and filters—including occluder, pinhole, Maddox rods, prisms, retinoscopy lens and polarizing filters—supports binocular balance tests, phoria evaluation, suppression testing and more, making the Opti+ phoropter a complete refraction solution.
✅ The INS-11010 Manual Phoropter Opti+ delivers precise subjective refraction, intuitive handling and robust construction—ideal for daily use in optical stores, clinics and ophthalmology offices.
